  • THANK YOU MRS. CARR FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR THE MORAVIA COMMUNITY SCHOOLS.  NOT JUST THE JUNIOR HIGH AND HIGH SCHOOL BUT FOR ALL OF THE LITTLE THINGS YOU HAVE ALSO DONE FOR THE ELEMENTARY AND ALL OF THE FACULTY AND STAFF.  THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING- WE WILL MISS YOU AND WE KNOW WE WILL TALK OF YOUR HEART-FELT CARE AND COMMITMENT OFTEN IN THE DAYS/WEEKS/MONTHS AND YEARS TO COME.
  • THANK YOU MRS. STRICKLER FOR ALL OF YOUR INVOLVEMENT IN ALL OF OUR STUDENTS LIVES.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONSTANT CARING AND DRIVING FORCE THAT WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED IN THE HALLS OF MHS.

  • There will be a HS Football meeting in Coach Whitlow's room today during lunch for anyone planning on playing football next season.  There will also be a HS Volleyball meeting in Coach Reischauer's room during lunch as well.
  • School will be dismissed at 2:30 on Today, May 22nd for the Summer. LAST DAY OF THE 2017-2018 School Year.

  • There will be a Student Council meeting tomorrow morning at 8: 15. Newly elected class representatives should attend, along with this years' representatives from the classes that did not elect on Friday.
  • There is a hay rack out behind the school that someone will be looking for come haying season.  PLEASE TAKE IT TO IT'S OWNER!!

Today's Lunch:  Chicken Nuggets, Potato Wedges, Broccoli & Cheese, Salad Bar, and Milk.

Tomorrow's Lunch:  Pizza Hut Sausage Pizza, Corn, Cottage Cheese, Salad Bar, and Milk.

  • Please return all books to the HS Library at this time.  Thank You.  Trish
  • 2nd Semester Tests today are 2-4-6-8.
  • There will be a Pep Bus to HS State Track on Friday.  It leaves at 6:30 a.m. and will return by 5:00.  Please bring $2 for the bus and $10 for entry fee to the office at the time of signing up for the bus.  You must have your money to sign up.  It will be on a first come first serve basis.  We only have room for 45 passengers.
  • There is a hay rack out behind the school that someone will be looking for come haying season.  PLEASE TAKE IT TO IT'S OWNER!!
  • All HS Girls Track need to have their uniforms returned to Coach before Friday.
  • Friday is the End of 2nd Semester with the final day of school on Tuesday May 22nd.  
  • Monday May 21st is PreSchool Graduation in the Old Gym at 6:00
  • School will be dismissed at 2:30 on Tuesday, May 22nd for the Summer.

Today's Lunch:  Crispitos, Corn, Cinnamon Roll, Salad Bar, and Milk.

Tomorrow's Lunch:  Chicken Nuggets, Potato Wedges, Broccoli & Cheese, Salad Bar, and Milk.

  • DRIVER'S ED STUDENTS:  The Parent/Student meeting will be TONIGHT from 5-6:00 in the HS Library.  All students and their parents must be here if you plan on attending Summer Driver's Ed classes this summer.
  • Please return all books to the HS Library at this time.  Thank You.  Trish
  • The STATE TRACK send off for the HS Boys track members participating at State Track will be today at 3:10.
  • Today and Thursday are 2nd Semester Tests.  Periods 1-5-3-7 will be on today and 2-4-6-8 on Thursday.

  • DRIVER'S ED STUDENTS:  The Parent/Student meeting will be May 16th from 5-6:00.  All students and their parents must be here if you plan on attending Summer Driver's Ed classes this summer.
  • Lifetouch Spring pictutres or money MUST be returned no later than Wednesday.
  • Please return all books to the HS Library at this time.  Thank You.  Trish

Today's Lunch:  Mr. Rib, Cheesy Potatoes, Green Beans, Bread and Butter, Salad Bar, and Milk.

Tomorrow's Lunch:  Nachos Supreme, Corn, Salad Bar, and Milk.

  • DRIVER'S ED STUDENTS:  The Parent/Student meeting will be May 16th from 5-6:00.  All students and their parents must be here if you plan on attending Summer Driver's Ed classes this summer.
  • LEADERS NEEDED: Student Council elections will be held before school is out.  All candidates will give campaign speeches on Friday, May 11, at the Awards Assembly. Candidates will have the next week to campaign, then the vote will be held. Ms. Johnson must be informed by Wednesday, May 9, of all intentions to run for office. All speeches must be read and approved by Ms. Johnson or Mrs. Carr.

    It is time to celebrate

    and thank our teachers.

  • The FFA Banquet will be Friday night.

  • Graduation will be Sunday at 2:00 in the new gym. Come and Celebrate our Class of 2018 Accomplishments! CONGRATULATIONS TO THE CLASS OF 2018!

  • Senior Hall March, Graduation practice, and Awards Assembly will be Friday morning beginning at 8:30. We would like to take this opportunity to Congratulations to our Class of 2018. Good Luck in your future endeavors.

Tomorrow's Lunch:  Hot Dogs, Baked Beans, Sauerkraut, Spinach, Salad Bar, and Milk.

  • CONGRATULATIONS to the Moravia Band on their performance Friday night at IHSMA large group contest!  The group received a "II" rating, on a scale of 'I" through "V" with a "I" being the best.  A panel of three judges gave the group two twos and one one thus a two rating.  The group played very well and I was very proud of you!- Mrs. Nelson
  • LEADERS NEEDED: Student Council elections will be held before school is out.  All candidates will give campaign speeches on Friday, May 11, at the Awards Assembly. Love is to the heart what the summer is to the farmer's year. It brings to harvest all the loveliest flowers of the soul.
