  • This week is Student Leadership Week.  As the service portion of this week Student Council is sponsoring Hat Day on Thursday, April 19.  Pay $1 to Student Council by 3:00 on Wednesday to be able to wear your hat all day on Thursday.  All proceeds will be donated to the Back Pack Buddies program.  Thanks in advance for tour participation.
  • There is a hay rack out behind the school that someone will be looking for come haying season.  PLEASE TAKE IT TO IT'S OWNER!!
  • Get your softball apparel sheets turned in to the office so that the order can be placed.  Thank You.

  • CONGRATULATIONS to the music department on their great performances at IHSMA solo/ensemble contest on Saturday, April 14 at Martensdale St. Mary.  Amika Hamilton and Alexis Ganoe received a Division II (Excellent) rating for their vocal duet.  The vocal trio of Alexis Ganoe, Megan Hutchinson, and Laynie Wilson received a Division II (Excellent) rating.  Danielle Chandanais and Megan Hutchinson received a Division I (Superior) rating for their vocal duet.  Aaron Brown, Danielle Chandanais, Megan Hutchinson, and Cayleigh Whitlow all received Division I (Superior) ratings for their vocal solo performances.  Gracie Stallman-Perry received a Division II (Excellent) rating for her Saxophone solo.  Carson Underwood received a Division II (Excellent) rating for his Trombone solo.  Cayleigh Whitlow received a Division I (Superior) rating for her Clarinet solo.

  • The seniors will be going Friday on a field trip to the State Capitol. This is a required field trip.  Seniors- please get your field trip forms signed.
