Today's Lunch:  Hoagies, Chips, Broccoli/Cheese, Salad Bar, and Milk.
Tomorrow's Lunch:  Salisbury Steak, Mashed Potatoes/Gravy, Peas, Bread and Butter, Salad Bar, and Milk.
  • Any HS or JH girl interested in Basketball this year, please sign up at the front office.
  • There are LOTS OF TARDIES TODAY!  Please remember starting today all Tardies are counting.  For every 4th, 5th, 6th+ tardies in any period you will be assigned 30, 45, and 60 min detentions.   By this time in the school year, you should have a way figured out to get to your classes on time in the 3 minutes allotted for pass time.  
  • "TAG Nominations are now open for grades 7-12. Students, parents, or teachers may nominate students for the TAG Program.  Those materials are in the high school office.  Please ask for a nomination form, if you or someone you know is interested in TAG.  A selection committee will examine the nomination, standardized test scores, GPA, creativity, and perseverance to task to make the selections.  Nominations must be turned into Jayne Gibb or Mrs. Singley by Friday, Sept. 29.
  • Monday, October 2nd, is cancer awareness night. The Volleyball team is hosting a cancer awareness match vs. Lamoni. Everybody is encouraged to wear pink on that day.
  • Ava Hutchison's brothers are collecting pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House in Ava's memory. You can drop them off in Mrs. Pace's room. Thank you. 
  • High School students who plan to participate in Iron Man Volleyball or Powder Puff Football should sign the list at the office.  
  • Homecoming Court information sheets are due back to Ms. Johnson by Wednesday at noon.

  • Congratulations to Emma McDanel for being crowned Miss Moravia this year in the Fall Festival activities.  Congratulations to all of the contestants for an awesome representations of the Moravia Schools.
  • Congratulations to the Junior Class for their 1st place trophy in the floats division.  Congratulations to all of the classes for their nice entries.  You represented your class and school NICELY!
  • Tomorrow is CDE Day for those Ag students participating.  Please make sure you have your field trip forms signed.

  • Dismiss Cross Country Teams at 3:00 today.

  • MARVELous MHS Homecoming-The “MARVELous Mohawks” will be celebrating Homecoming Week from October 2-7 this fall. “Mohawk Super Hero Squad” T-Shirts are now on sale. They are available in youth sizes XS – XL and adult sizes up to 5x. Each shirt costs $13. See a Student Council member or Ms. Johnson to order shirts now for delivery in time to wear on “Super Hero Day” Thursday, October 5th.  Orders/payments are due by September 15th.
