When there is snow on the ground, pretend you are walking on clouds and see if that makes the day better.    


Today's Lunch:  Pizza Hut Pizza, Cottage Cheese, Corn, Salad Bar, and Milk.
Tomorrow's Lunch:  Orange Chicken, Rice, Peas, Salad Bar, and Milk

  • There will be a Pep Assembly today at 2:45 in the Old Gym.
  • There will be a Snow Ordinance in affect in the parking lot until further notice:  DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLES PARKED IN THE MAIN PARKING LOT OVER NIGHT.  IF YOU ARE GOING TO LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE, MOVE IT TO THE GRAVEL PARKING.  We did have a vehicle left in the parking and we just want to warn that a vehicle left in the parking overnight will be plowed in when snow is removed.  PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLES PARKED IN THE MAIN PARKING LOT OVER NIGHT.  IF YOU ARE GOING TO LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE, MOVE IT TO THE GRAVEL PARKING
  • JUNIORS-  The Class of 2020 needs a 2:00- 3:30 shift for Saturday since there is a JV game at 2:30. Would THREE students PLEASE VOLUNTEER? Some of you haven't worked once yet! Zac cannot work the two shifts he was scheduled because of wrestling sectionals.  Would someone please take his place?
  • The Friday, Jan. 18th game has been rescheduled for Feb. 2. Here is the work schedule.

  • JUNIORS-  we need 6:15- 7:45 and 7:30- 9:00 shifts for Thursday, February 7, since the first round of Regional Tournament is here vs Twin Cedars. There should be 3 workers per shift to volunteer.
  • To plan for the future- if we have a late start on Wednesdays there will be no early out for Inservice. 
  • Seniors- you MUST HAVE taken an On-Line class before you are eligible to graduate.  If you have not already done so, please sign up with Mrs. Cloyed immediately.
  • The Moravia senior class of 2019 will be delivering frosted Valentine's Day cookies on Thursday, February 14.  If you would like to send your student, a fellow classmate, or a staff member a frosted Valentine's Day cookie, please obtain a cookie tag form from either the high school office or from the central office.  Forms will be sent home with elementary students this week. There are two sizes available:  $3 for a medium-sized cookie and $5 for a large cookie.  Thank you for supporting the senior class.
  • Déjà Vu Diva's Dress Shop, located at the former Thomas Funeral Home near Lockridge in Centerville, will be open this Friday, February 1, 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, February 2, 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Girls can come buy dresses and/or bring dresses to sell. We don’t charge any consignment fees. If a dress is brought to us, whatever it sells for we give 100% of the money back to the person who brought it. We are doing this to provide beautiful gowns, shoes and jewelry at a reasonable price to all young ladies.  Perfect time for JH dance dress shopping and Prom shopping.   We also have some money available for scholarships AND if someone determines they would rather just donate their dresses, we will give to someone in need at no cost.  If you have any questions, call Tonya Clawson at 641-895-1015.

  • The parent information meeting for the proposed Washington, DC trip has been rescheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 5 at 6:00pm at the High School.
