Tomorrow's Lunch: Chicken Patty on Bun, Tater Tots, Cauliflower w/Cheese, Salad Bar, and Milk.
CONGRATULATIONS to the Marching Mohawks for placing 1st in class 1A out of six bands AND receiving the Best High School Band trophy, out of eight bands, at Pancake Day on Saturday. The band will travel to Ottumwa on Sat., Oct. 3 to march in the Oktoberfest Parade (parade at 10:00 on Church Street) and compete in the drum line competition at 1:00 in the Jimmy Jones Shelter House.
Reminder, all high school students should vote for King and Queen during lunch today.
Don't forget to wear your Homecoming T-shirt and red, white, and blue tomorrow.

If you can't make it to the JH and JV football games in Thornburg this evening, come enjoy "Wild and Out" at 7:00 in the new gym. Cheer for your favorite members of the Homecoming Court.

IF YOU DID NOT GET A LIFETOUCH PICTURE PACKET AND YOU ARE IN GRADES 7-11, PLEASE STOP BY THE OFFICE. We will be taking pictures Wednesday and if you would like to purchase them you must have a packet. All students will have their picture taken for the yearbook whether you purchase them or not. Thanks!
- There will be a class competition for percentage participation for Homecoming week. This includes dressing up each day and attending/participating in evening activities. Monday, September 28: Wake Up for the Games! pajama day.Tuesday, Sept. 29: Victorious Volleyball, USA- dress in red, white, and blue (t-shirts). Wednesday, September 30: Winning Wednesday- dress as a winner. Thursday, October 1: Throwback Thursday, dress from any decade. Friday, October 2: Friday Night Mohawk Lights! Wear Blue and White to show your Mohawk Pride. Saturday, October 3: Semi-formal Homecoming Dance 8:00-11:00 Chaperones- Mrs. Carr, Mrs. Cloyed, Ms. McCoy
