Congratulations to the Jazz Band for placing 2nd, in class 1A, at the Jack Oates Jazz Festival in Earlham on Saturday! The band's trombone section received the best trombone section honor in class 1A and Colton Naill, bari sax player, received an Outstanding Performer certificate. There were 3 bands in class 1A. Lamoni placed 1st and Belle Plaine placed 3rd. The Jazz Band's next competition will be Saturday, Feb. 11 at Southeast Polk.

7th Graders- Class Meeting after school on Thursday. In Mr. Garmon's room. We will be planning for the carnival first. Then we will move to Mrs. Rockhold's room and be finishig the Crush pop fundraiser! Officers are required to be at the meeting. Thank you!
